This wine is the carefully balanced coming together of several Tabilk estate white varietals, unveiling an aromatic, dry white wine with fresh acidity, lively aromas of citrus, passionfruit and intensity.

Bright and vibrant with savoury and spice notes, the palate resonates with fleshy dark berry and plum fruits alongside hints of mulberry and liquorice.

Lifted citrus and tropical fruits with a clean minerality and hints of honeysuckle, its time on yeast lees has contributed nutty, bready elements into the mix.

Showing some typical aged Marsanne development on the nose ... toasty, honeysuckle, and a hint of marzipan. The nose gives indication for some complexity on the palate that is delivered alongside still youthful traditional lemon and lime characters on the palate. Subtle hints of lanolin on a deliciously clean finish.

Robust and spicy with ripe plum, mulberry and savoury black pepper notes, there is a rich and warming earthiness to this release that is complemented by chewy, black tea like tannins that will support further development if cellared.

Concentrated blackcurrant and dark plum fruits sit deliciously alongside mint, black olive and forest herb notes. A fresh grape acidity and firm, ripe tannins complete a distinctive wine with further complexity to come with careful cellaring.

Medium-bodied but deeply flavoured with spice, violets and tobacco aromas and rich palate of mulberry and raspberry fruits.

A flavoursome and sinuous wine that resonates with notes of mint, herbs and spices on a fleshy dark fruits palate alive with plummy undertones and a hint of warm earthiness.

Red berry, spice and earth notes woven through eucalypt and blackcurrant fruits alongside plum, capsicum and savoury characters and a sprinkling of warm, dusty tannins

A generously flavoured wine of abundant dark berry, plum and spice characters alongside cassis, mint and dried herb notes.

Offering a diverse array of subtle peach, melon, red berry and savoury notes; wrapped in a cloak of crisp minerality and yeasty/biscuity characters from its secondary fermentation.

This Rosé sings with notes of cherry, musk and raspberry Grenache fruits, the Mourvèdre contributing a structural fleshiness and savoury nuances. A refreshing grape acidity finishes a deliciously dry and textural release.

The low-yielding and challenging 2022 vintage has delivered a true to Estate varietal Marsanne of lifted and intense lemon citrus, spice and pear fruits with a zesty minerality and cleansing acidity.

Drawing on the "Blanc de Blancs" style, this elegant 100% Chardonnay sparkling ... hence the French term meaning white from whites ... presents a vibrant nose and palate of juicy stone fruits, with hints of lemon zest and strawberries on a decidedly refreshing, tangy finish.

This Chardonnay release resonates with vibrant and juicy melon and peach fruits graced by a fresh lemony acidity with background spice and toast notes from time in oak contributing a further delicious complexity.

Lifted and fragrant floral aromas set the mark with this Riesling release that are then reflected on a palate of spice and juicy citrus fruits all framed by typically Estate taut acidity.

Delightfully zesty stone-fruit and Granny Smith apple characters sit alongside tropical fruit dashes finishing with a dazzling fresh acidity.

Delightful rose petal florals and ginger spice aromas join a palate of lifted and intense apricot, citrus and honeysuckle characters graced by a vibrant acidity.

With texture and palate weight reflective of French Pinot Gris, our Estate 2023 release sparkles with intense citrus and nashi pear fruits, alongside floral and apple scents all wrapped in a flinty acidity.
