We are serious about our wines so it comes as no surprises that we will do whatever we can to ensure our customers walk away happy with quality wines to enjoy.

 

What can I return?

We take great pride in the quality of our wines and so we do hope receiving a faulty wine or a wine that you don’t like is few and far between.  If you do we are more than happy for you to contact us to have it returned for replacement or a refund applied to your order.

 

Obviously, before you call we hope you can say with a resounding ‘yes’ that your wines have been stored in a suitable location. When we say a suitable location we mean a place where the temperature is consistent and cool; not in a hot place like an uninsulated shed.

 

Also, please keep in mind most of our wines are made to drink within 24 months of bottling unless we state they are made to cellar.  Wines we would recommend for cellaring include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Marsanne. The rest we hope you get them in your hands for consumption within 24 months of bottling.

 

If you’re at all unhappy with your wine the best recourse is to give us a call, email or chat and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you. 

 

How do I return my wines?

If you would like to talk to us about returning your wines please contact Customer Service by email customerservice@tahbilk.com.au or phone 1300 824 245.

 

Will Tahbilk refund me for my order?

After discussing your situation with our team, if you are not completely satisfied with the wines you purchase, they will be replaced or refunded to their full value.  We may ask you to return the wines (at Tahbilk’s cost) for evaluation, as a condition of refund or replacement.

 

Can I cancel my wine order once placed?

Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with the management of Tahbilk. If you would like to discuss cancelling your wine order please contact Customer Service by email customerservice@tahbilk.com.au or phone 1300 824 245.

 

What happens if my wine is damaged?

If your wine packaging is damaged we would encourage you to please contact Customer Service by email customerservice@tahbilk.com.au or phone 1300 824 245.  If your wines need to be replaced due to damage we will assist you to coordinate the return of the wines (at Tahbilk’s cost) for evaluation, as a condition of refund or replacement.
