Whilst our Estate plantings provide the backbone for our Cellar Door exclusive wines when required, as with this sparkling release, we will cast beyond those set boundaries.
Drawing on the "Blanc de Blancs" style, this elegant 100% Chardonnay sparkling; hence the French term meaning white from whites; presents a vibrant nose and palate of juicy stone fruits, with hints of lemon zest and strawberries on a decidedly refreshing, tangy finish.
Nothing to challenge your enjoyment here, an all occasions, straightforward and easy to like bubbly!
