The night begins with a toast on the restaurant deck, featuring a glass of 2015 Centennial Release Sparkling Marsanne—a bright and elegant start to an unforgettable evening. From there, guests will enjoy a carefully curated three-course dinner, designed to complement a selection of our most distinguished wines:

- 2017 Centennial Release Riesling
- 2015 Centennial Release Old Block Shiraz
- 2015 Centennial Release Old Block Cabernet Sauvignon
