Marsanne – Youthful Freshness vs. Time-Honoured Elegance

• 2024 Tahbilk Marsanne – A bright, citrus-driven expression with hints of honeysuckle and tropical fruit. This is Marsanne at its freshest, offering a glimpse into its vibrant youth.
• 2015 Centennial Release Marsanne – Aged gracefully for nearly a decade, this wine showcases a deeper golden hue, with notes of toasted almond, pear, and a lingering minerality that speaks to Tahbilk’s unique terroir.

Riesling – Purity vs. Complexity

• 2024 Tahbilk Riesling – Crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity, citrus zest, and delicate floral aromas.
• 2017 Centennial Release Riesling – Time has softened the acidity, replacing it with a richer texture and subtle notes of honey, wild herbs, and a whisper of kerosene—a hallmark of well-aged Riesling.

Cabernet Sauvignon – Power vs. Refinement

• 2021 Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon – A bold expression of blackcurrant, mint, and dark chocolate wrapped in firm tannins.
