Our restaurant team strives to deliver a seasonal menu that reflects our region. We have developed close friendships with family-owned producers who supply directly to our chefs. The restaurant has a rolling menu with seasonal vegetables, herbs, and meat from Scotty the Avenel Butcher. We also source from the many producers from our onsite Farmers' Market and pick fresh fruit from the verdant citrus orchard.
