A soft and fruit driven melon and citrus fruits palate that follows to a crisp and clean finish ... an easy drinking style crafted to please ... let's get the party started!

    About this winei

Integral to the Tahbilk Wine Club offering to Members along the journey that began in 1971 has been a range of wines crafted exclusively for Members with the focus absolutely on offering outstanding 'flavour for the dollar' whilst visually presenting cameos of the people and events that have been part of Tahbilk's rich history.

This label features an image of Eric Purbrick and his second wife Phyllis Clemene (née Smith) taken in London in 1951 showing a sense of style and ‘not to be taken too seriously’ sense of good humour ... perhaps toasting Tahbilk's early success!
Sadly, after Eric married Phyllis in 1950 only five years later, she fell ill and died of tuberculosis.

Like Phyllis and Eric, no pretensions with this fresh and vibrant sparkling and OK, there may not be the pop of a cork to accompany this release, but there is everything else you would expect in a smashing little bubbly.
