A little background on Tahbilk 'Gold Selection' ...Bringing together some outstanding parcels of Shiraz from our Estate, this wine is released under the prestigious 'Gold Selection' label.Tahbilk's traditional red winemaking techniques are employed in the crafting this release, with fermentation in open oak vats that were first used over 150 years ago and maturation in French and American oak before bottling.
