A little background on Tahbilk 'Gold Selection' ...
Bringing together some outstanding parcels of Shiraz from our Estate, this wine is released under the prestigious 'Gold Selection' label.
Tahbilk's traditional red winemaking techniques are employed in the crafting this release, with fermentation in open oak vats that were first used over 150 years ago and maturation in French and American oak before bottling.

The dynamics of the low yielding and challenging 2022 vintage and Tahbilk’s traditional red winemaking practices have combined to deliver a richly flavoured, fruit-forward Shiraz of character and style.
Aromas of earth, spice, dark berries and plums resonate on an equally flavoured palate finishing with a youthful grape acidity and fine-grained tannins.
