    Drawing on the bright citrus, tropical and rose petal characters; texture and minerality of our three key Estate Rhone whites, the winemaking team have blended Verdelho’s green apple crispness with lively Albarino stone fruits to deliver a wine of very obvious appeal.

    About this winei

    Purchased by Reginald Purbrick in 1925, five generations of the Purbrick family have been actively involved at Tahbilk bringing a tradition of pride, hard work and a love of good wine to their unique heritage of being the oldest family-owned winery and vineyard in Victoria.
    Drawing on that heritage, the winemaking team was given the task of crafting two wines that blended five red and five white varietals to represent each of the Purbrick family generations. The blending took some time given the complexity of the different parcels, with many hours were spent determining the final blend to deliver individual characters from each variety.
