Dalfarras is about the enjoyment of wine, art and family, myself as the winemaker, my wife Rosa as a creative soul who brings her passion for the natural landscape into her works and a vibrancy to the Dalfarras labels (as well as providing her maiden name Dalfarra to its naming), and our daughter Hayley, bringing a new generational perspective, energy and passion for the environment.
Working together as ‘partners in crime’ we offer a range of carbon neutral, premium wines under distinctive artworks.

Delivery is FREE to addresses in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA & QLD for all orders in dozen lots - straight or mixed cases, Wine Club Special Offers and Magnums.
There is a standard $12.00 delivery charge per dozen, Wine Club Special Offer or Magnum for deliveries to WA, NT & TAS.
For some rural areas, delivery may be to a local depot or designated drop-off point for collection.
Since 2012 Tahbilk Winery has achieved the goal of being 'Carbon Neutral'. This means that through a transparent process of measuring emissions, reducing those emissions and offsetting residual emissions, our net calculated carbon emissions equal zero.
